 PRIVACY POLICY

Gallery Transfer ("we", "our", or "the app") is a peer-to-peer photo

and video transfer application developed by Yildirim Ozhan Cevik. This

Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information when you

use it on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

By using Gallery Transfer you agree to the practices described in this

policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

Gallery Transfer does not collect, store, transmit, or share any

personal data with the developer, any server, or any third party.

There is no account creation, no email registration, no login, and no

sign-up process. The app does not use analytics services, crash

reporting services, advertising frameworks, or any third-party tracking

tools. No data leaves your device or your local network at any time

during normal use of the app.

2. PHOTO AND VIDEO LIBRARY ACCESS

Gallery Transfer requires access to your Photo Library to read photos

and videos you choose to send and to save photos and videos you receive

from another device. This access is requested through the standard iOS

permission prompt and is governed entirely by the operating system.

Your photos and videos are read directly from the local Photo Library on

your device. They are never uploaded to any cloud service, remote server,

or external storage by this app. Received photos and videos are saved

directly into your local Photo Library.

You can revoke Photo Library access at any time through your device

Settings. Revoking access will prevent the app from reading or saving

photos and videos but will not affect any media already in your library.

3. LOCAL NETWORK ACCESS

Gallery Transfer requires Local Network permission to discover nearby

devices and establish a direct connection for transferring files. The

app uses Apple MultipeerConnectivity framework and Apple Network

framework to create encrypted peer-to-peer connections between devices

on the same local network or within direct wireless range.

All communication happens exclusively between the two devices involved

in the transfer. No data passes through any external server, relay, or

intermediary. The connection is encrypted using pre-shared key

authentication negotiated per session.

You can revoke Local Network access at any time through your device

Settings. Revoking access will prevent the app from discovering or

connecting to other devices.

4. TRANSFER HISTORY

Gallery Transfer stores a local history of completed transfers on your

device. This history includes the date, number of items transferred, and

transfer status. This data is stored only on your device using local

storage and is never transmitted anywhere.

You can clear your transfer history from within the app at any time.

5. TEMPORARY FILES

During a transfer, the app may create temporary files on your device to

stage incoming or outgoing media. These temporary files are automatically

deleted when the transfer completes, fails, or is cancelled. No

temporary files are retained after the transfer session ends.

6. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

Gallery Transfer does not share any data with third parties. There are

no advertising partners, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other

external entities that receive data from this app. There are no

third-party SDKs embedded in the app that collect or transmit user data.

7. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

All app data including transfer history and user preferences is stored

locally on your device. No data is stored on external servers.

Peer-to-peer connections between devices are encrypted using TLS with

pre-shared key authentication. The encryption key is generated uniquely

for each transfer session and is never reused or stored after the

session ends.

8. CHILDREN PRIVACY

Gallery Transfer does not knowingly collect any personal information

from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app does

not collect any personal data from any user, it is compliant with the

Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

9. EUROPEAN USERS AND GDPR

Since Gallery Transfer does not collect, process, or store any personal

data on external servers, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

data processing requirements do not apply in the traditional sense.

However, we respect the principles of GDPR:

No personal data is collected or processed by the developer.

No personal data is transferred to third countries.

No profiling or automated decision-making is performed.

All data remains under your control on your own device.

10. CALIFORNIA USERS AND CCPA

Gallery Transfer does not sell personal information. The app does not

collect personal information as defined by the California Consumer

Privacy Act (CCPA). Since no personal information is collected, there

is no data to disclose, delete, or opt out of selling.

11. APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY

Gallery Transfer does not track you across other apps or websites. The

app does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not request

App Tracking Transparency permission because there is no tracking to

authorize.

12. PERMISSIONS SUMMARY

Photo Library Access: Required to read photos and videos for sending

and to save received photos and videos to your library. Granted through

the standard iOS permission prompt. Revocable in device Settings.

Local Network Access: Required to discover nearby devices and establish

peer-to-peer connections for file transfer. Granted through the standard

iOS permission prompt. Revocable in device Settings.

These are the only permissions the app requests. Gallery Transfer does

not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location,

calendar, health data, or any other sensitive device capability.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be

reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.

Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of

the updated policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make

material changes that affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts

to notify you through an in-app notice or an update description on the

App Store.
